February 3: Homeward Bound

Saw Homeward Bound a dark Canadian comedy by Elliott Hayes at Alumnae Theatre. The story involves your average middle-class Canadian family with guilty secrets, a gay son, a father with a death wish and a mother who's just trying to keep it together.

February 6: Strawberry Fields

Enjoyed a fabulous pedicure at Strawberry Fields courtesy of fellow bombshell and the Fab Four. I now have a adorable pink polished tootsies!

February 10 - 13: Houston Texas

Flew down to the Lone Star state for a brief but throughly relaxing mini-vacation with an old friend. Enjoyed beautiful spring weather, the delights of hot-tubbing, good food and great companionship. Saw The Chronicles of Narnia. Loved Mr. & Mrs. Beaver!

February 17: Life With Derek

Brilliantly talented son Casey shot an episode of the Disney sitcom Life With Derek. Look for his guest appearance the Season Two episode “The Dating Game” on Family Channel. Check out the LWD website at psc.disney.go.com/disneychannel/lifewithderek.

February 18: The Gambler

Went to see The Gambler, a new play by Ronald Weihs, directed by the wonderful one-and-only Molly Thom. The play is based on DostoevskyÕs novel about love, obsession and roulette and the amazing true-life account of how Dostoevsky came to write the novel. An excellent production at Artword Theatre.
