Basic Website Package

The primary goal is to create a website that can be an effective promotional tool. We believe we can create such a web site and keep costs down.

Our basic web site package consists of:

Writing and or Copy Editing Services:

We provide writing/and or copy editing services. We are happy to develop material for inclusion on the web site or work with existing copy. Some standard information to keep in mind would be a Mission Statement, a “Who We Are” page, a list of services offered, organizational structure, contact information etc.

Domain Name & Web-hosting Services:

We set up a domain name registration and make arrangements for a web hosting provider. Once the site is up and running we provide search engine submission services and initiate links to and from appropriate websites.

Please note these costs would be billed separately. Domain name registration and web hosting range in price depending upon how long you wish to register the domain name and the type of website you require (i.e. informative or interactive, e-commerce capability, etc.).

Once you've decided to proceed with the development of a website the first step would be to meet and more fully assess your needs and create an overall concept for the site. We would then submit a sample opening page and one main page for review. Once approved the remaining pages would be created with an opportunity for input. We generally work within a 6 week time frame (depending upon the approval process).

Web Design Contract:

A Web Design Contract will be drawn up and must be signed before work commences.
